Our SMS messages are sent from the standard number 8810.
Some users may have blocked this number on their smartphone or have a spam filter enabled.
Below you can find the steps (depending on your device) to check your settings.
Afterwards, please try verifying your mobile phone number again via the “My profile” icon in the top right corner.
Go to Settings → Messages: check whether “Filter Unknown Senders” is enabled and disable it if necessary.
Go to Settings → Messages → Blocked: check whether number 8810 is blocked.
Go to Messages → Menu (or the three-dot icon) → Settings → Spam filter: disable it if it is enabled.
Go to Phone settings → Apps: select the messaging app you use and make sure notifications are enabled.
Go to Phone settings and disable Developer options if they are enabled.
Go to Phone → Menu (or the three-dot icon) → Settings → Blocked numbers: check whether number 8810 is blocked.
Please also note that the system allows only a limited number of SMS messages per day.
