Need an extra user? Simply add them for €5 per month.
What if I go over my limit now and again?

Uh-oh, have you had an unusually busy month? Don’t worry, we won’t block anything. You’ll receive a notification when you’re approaching your limit. And if you go over it, you only pay a small overuse fee on your next invoice for each additional document.
Want to give your accountant access? It costs nothing at all.
Invite your accountant to view your admin for free. That way, they can advise you directly and prepare your VAT return while you get on with what you’re good at.
It’s easy to change or cancel a paid package
Is your business growing? Or would you like to scale down a notch? Changing your package is easy. Upgrades take immediate effect, and downgrades start at the beginning of your next payment period. If you cancel your subscription, you can continue using Billit until the end of your current period.

Can I try Billit for free?

During the 15-day free trial period, you can try out all the features of Billit for free and without limitation.

Do you need a credit card to get started?

No, we will never ask you for a credit card number. You only need an email address to create an account and try Billit for free.
What happens when my trial period is over?

At the end of your trial period, you can decide for yourself whether you want a paid subscription or not. Your account and details will be retained, so that you can get straight back to work if you choose a paid subscription. Don’t worry – we'll never automatically switch you to a paid subscription.
Is it easy for me to change or cancel my subscription later?

Yes, you can change or cancel your subscription at any time.

If you cancel it, it will remain active until the end of your current payment period. At that point, your subscription will be automatically terminated, and you will not receive any more new invoices.

If you change your subscription to a more expensive one (upgrade), it will take immediate effect, and you will receive an invoice for the price difference. If you choose a cheaper subscription (downgrade), it will only take effect once your current subscription period (already paid) ends.

Help, what exactly counts as a “document”?

All documents you send or process in Billit: sales and purchase invoices, receipts and credit notes.
What if I have a busy month and go over my limit?
No problem, Billit will not block your account or force you to choose a more expensive subscription.

The total number of documents you can process is set for the entire duration of your subscription. So if you use more in some months and less in others, it could still fall within the total usage of your subscription.

If you do end up using more than your subscription allows, the additional usage will be invoiced at the end of your current subscription period.

Overuse rates per subscription:

Subscription for 25 documents per month: €0.50 per additional document

Subscription for 500 documents per month: €0.25 per additional document

Subscription for 1,000 documents per month: €0.15 per additional document
What if I have questions or get stuck with something in Billit?

You can ask one of our support staff. Ask your question directly using the help button on the platform.
Can my accountant get free access to my admin?

Yes, accountants can get free access to a Billit accountant’s portal. From that portal, they can connect to your Billit account to monitor your accounts (and those of other connected businesses).

Is Peppol included and free?

Yes, access to the Peppol network is included in all paid subscriptions. There are no additional costs for this.
Is it really true that it’s 120% tax deductible in Belgium?

Yes. The Belgian government has decided that, until the end of 2027, self-employed people and SMEs can benefit from a 120% deduction of costs when they incur expenses for e-invoicing (software or advice). So that also applies to a Billit subscription.
Is the annual discount a one-off?

No, you get the discount every year for as long as you continue to choose an annual subscription.
