Mandatory e-invoicing for B2B will not be postponed. This has been confirmed by the Federal Public Service Finance. However, there will be a tolerance period during the first three months of 2026. This means that until the end of March, the FPS will not impose fines on companies that can demonstrate they have prepared in a timely and reasonable manner for the obligation.

You will therefore need to be able to prove that you took the necessary steps on time to comply with the obligation.
