1. Who are we and how can you contact us? 

Billit’, ‘we’ and ‘our’ refer to Billit NV, registered in the Crossroads Bank for Enterprises under number 0563.846.944 with registered office at Oktrooiplein 1, bus 302, 9000 Ghent - Belgium.

2. What are cookies?

10. Applicable law and jurisdiction

This Policy shall be governed, interpreted and enforced in accordance with Belgian law.

The courts of Ghent (Ghent division) have exclusive jurisdiction to rule on any dispute that may arise from the interpretation or implementation of this Policy, without prejudice to the (consumer’s) right to submit a dispute to a competent court on the basis of a mandatory legal provision.
