To support delivery of our Services, Bilit, Inc. may engage and use data processors with access to certain Customer Personal Data (each, a "Subprocessor"). This page provides important information about the identity, location and role of each Subprocessor.
Billit currently uses third party Subprocessors to provide infrastructure and other services, and to help us provide customer support and email notifications. Prior to engaging any third party Subprocessor, Billit performs diligence to evaluate their privacy, security and confidentiality practices, and executes an agreement implementing its applicable obligations
Subject Matter, Nature, and Duration of Processing: AWS provides cloud infrastructure and data storage services to support Billit's platform operations. AWS processes user data strictly for the duration of the user’s (or their organization’s) agreement with Billit.

Subject Matter, Nature, and Duration of Processing: Belgian Mobile ID provides digital identity verification services used by Billit to authenticate users securely. Itsme processes user data strictly for the duration necessary to complete the identity verification and authentication process under the user’s (or their organization’s) agreement with Billit.

Subject Matter, Nature, and Duration of Processing: GoCardless provides account information services used by Billit to retrieve users’ bank account data (e.g., IBAN, account holder name) for financial and invoicing purposes. GoCardless processes user data strictly for the duration necessary to retrieve and transmit account data under the user’s (or their organization’s) agreement with Billit.

Subject Matter, Nature, and Duration of Processing: Microsoft provides productivity, communication, and cloud services (such as Microsoft 365 and Azure) used by Billit to support internal operations and service functionality. Microsoft processes user data strictly for the duration of the user’s (or their organization’s) agreement with Billit or as required to provide contracted services.

Subject Matter, Nature, and Duration of Processing: Mollie provides payment initiation and processing services used by Billit to enable users to complete online payments for invoices and services. Mollie processes user data—such as payment identifiers, transaction references, and limited payer details—strictly for the duration necessary to complete and manage payment transactions under the user’s (or their organization’s) agreement with Billit.

Subject Matter, Nature, and Duration of Processing: Stripe provides payment processing and billing infrastructure services used by Billit to facilitate online payments, subscription billing, and invoice collection. Stripe processes user data—including payment method details and transaction metadata—strictly for the duration necessary to perform the payment services under the user’s (or their organization’s) agreement with Billit.

Subject Matter, Nature, and Duration of Processing: Livestorm provides webinar and virtual event services used by Billit to host online meetings, product demos, and customer training sessions. Livestorm processes user data (such as registration details and participation metrics) strictly for the duration necessary to conduct and manage these events under the user’s (or their organization’s) agreement with Billit.
